Returns & refunds

Unopened boxes can be returned within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked. Once the seal is broken we cannot resell the bottle, so opened fragrances are not returnable — which is exactly why the discovery set exists.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item reaches us.
